Booking Policy 1. Registration Requirements: o Participants must register through the designated online platform. o Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the workshop. 2. Payment Methods: o Acceptable payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. 3. Confirmation: o A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration and payment. o This email will include details about the workshop venue, dates, times, and any materials needed. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by Participant: o Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the workshop coordinator at info@cpdconsultantsne.com o Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will receive a full refund. o Cancellations made within 48-hours before the start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 2. Substitution: o If a registered participant is unable to attend, substitutions from the same organization are allowed up to 5 days before the workshop begins, provided written notification is submitted and approved. 3. Cancellation by Organizer: o The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. o If the workshop is canceled, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a rescheduled date or another workshop. o The organizers are not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred due to the cancellation of the workshop.
